Now I’ve seen it all. I pose a danger to the future of America.
What would you say if I submitted an article saying that those who want more of our taxes go to social welfare programs are America’s greatest threat? Or, if I said that people who want to give healthcare to everyone at the cost of everyone else posed an imminent danger to our future and that these people should be monitored. Heck, I could go a step further and say that anyone who is in a union, mainly the teachers union, should be immediately placed on a list of nefarious individuals who are to be watched as they are dangerous.
Well, you’d probably just pass me off as nuts and that would be it. But, what if I served in the cabinet of the President of the United States? You’d probably perk up your ears and really question my sanity and how I made it that far up the ladder with such ridiculous thoughts. For my final hypothetical, what if I served in the cabinet as the Secretary of Homeland Security…a position of power where I could actually monitor these treacherous individuals?
