Is there anything good about the 30’s? Apparently not…but that’s where we’re at. I’ll start with the semi-better news. From a recent NBC/WSJ survey, only 33% of respondents felt that health care overhaul was a good idea. Is it really any surprise? I guess it really depends on what circle you run in, but with only 33% of respondents in favor then you better run in a very small circle to have this news surprise you. On the heels of that news, Rasmussen released a report showing that only 30% of US voters felt this nation was headed in the right direction. Interestingly enough, 53% of Democrats felt the country was heading in the right direction while 42% said we’re on the wrong track. That’s not a good sign for Democrats. They’re losing touch. But what do you expect when they keep pushing this health care ridiculousness like it’s the only thing American’s care about. In another NBC/WSJ poll, American’s identified their top 3 most pressing concerns. The political sky has fallen. Association with Obama has now become the deathblow for any candidate that is a Democrat. America has spoken.   There is no one riding higher than Scott Brown this evening. On the contrary, there is no more sad and confused party than the entire Democrat party. However, they also must be breathing a slight sigh of relief. Allow me to elaborate.   Scott Brown was running on the Republican ticket against Martha Coakley in an attempt to take over Ted Kennedy’s vacant seat. Kennedy was Senator in Massachusetts since 1962. Fourty-eight years Massachusetts kept Kennedy around…this state is no doubt one of the most liberal states in the United States. All ten of their Congressman and both of their Senators were Democrats, until today. This sends such a strong message to every single Democrat. Look out.   The final vote was 52% Brown, 47% Coakley…hardly a close race. Voters sent a message, and that message was one single word: ENOUGH! Look at how quickly and drastically the American voters turned on Democrats. In early November, polls put Coakley ahead by 31%! 31!!! That’s a blow-out runaway dead ...

The numbers are in for the first year of Obama’s presidency and wow are they grim. I want America to be as strong as it can be, so I’m not happy about the numbers. Some of you might think I’m gloating over Obama’s miserable year, but you couldn’t be more wrong. Ed Schultz has no shame. You may know Ed Schultz from his MSNBC show…then again, seeing as Ed has the absolute lowest rated cable news show, you may not have a clue who he is. Don’t worry, you’d be in the super-majority. Ole Ed has been mulling over the thought of running for Senate in North Dakota. According to Ed’s recent quote, he just might win! After all, he seems to be a guy with ideas.   On his radio show this last week, Ed talked about the Massachusetts race where the Republican candidate, Scott Brown, is showing signs of being able to take the seat. Ed, being eternally inflamed with rage over anything conservative or Republican spouted off, saying: “I tell you what, if I lived in Massachusetts I'd try to vote 10 times. I don't know if they'd let me or not, but I'd try to. Yeah, that's right. I'd cheat to keep these bastards out. I would. Who knew they had a blog application for BlackBerry? Well, here goes my first completely BlackBerry researched and typed update. The most recent Quinnpiac poll on Obama's approval ratings follows the previous trends. What trend? Obama is quickly becoming the president with the most dramatic decrease in supporters. Previously, I had attributed this mostly to his lack of sustenance...but now it's becoming evident that it's also America disagreeing with his decisions. Here is a breakdown of some of the figures: Creating Jobs: 34% approve (-3 vs. last poll 12/09)/59% disapprove (+3) Health Care: 35 (-3)/58 (+2) Economy: 41 (-3), 54 (+3) Afghanistan: 45 (-2)/45 (+2) Foreign Policy: 45 (-1)/46 (+2) Notice, Obama didn't receive favorable numbers on ANY issue. He lost approval ratings with every issue, and we now have documentable actions by Obama in which we can base our approval, or severe lack thereof. Hollywood, you are quickly becoming irrelevant. I’m waiting for the day when the rest of us have had enough. You are a town full of mostly uneducated types with elitist attitudes that your every step is the most miraculous act because bored unemployed brats chase you with cameras and ask for your autograph.   The Copenhagen Summit is bordering on being a complete SNL satire. Nobody is watching this spectacle and expecting any substantive argument to be made. Rather, the majority of the world is left checking in just to see what the next side show act will do to try to upstage the previous snake oil salesman that was peddled out.   Well, when sheer antics grew tired, they wheeled out Super He-Man America Hater, Hugo Chavez. His dazzling speech alone should send up huge red flags to any red blooded American as to why we need to stay away from this Copenhagen climate change cook crowd. The Copenhagen crowd of developing nations realized they were being looked at as the laughing stock and Chavez used this to his advantage. But while we sit back and dismiss this maniacs tirade, a new generation of Chavez-anistas is buying into his dangerous rhetoric.   Like any true talented dictator, Chavez used the feeling of failure of those at this event to rouse other nations that are feeling neglected in an effort to stir up American hatred.
